The Curlew Trophy is played on Monday mornings at 10.00am from January to March. Depending on the entry we are hoping to provide 5 or 6 games during that time.
We would like to invite any 4 lady curlers to enter a team. Teams are entered under a Curling Club banner but it is not mandatory that all 4 members of your team play for that club. you can use any lady curler as a substitute at any time so long as that player only plays for 1 team in the competition.
Open to - Any 4 lady curlers
Entry Fee - Daytime ice fees at a discounted rate of £14 per person per game. Final games are free of charge
Maximum Entry - 12 teams
Format of Play - Round robin league(s), with final between the top two teams and a 3rd/4th place play off.
Played on - Mondays mornings at 10.00am from January through to March 2025
Team Ranking - Teams are ranked on games won, ends scored, shots up and shots scored through the round robin(s) to determine finalists.
Prizes - Prizes will be presented at the end of season prize giving for teams finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
