The Greenacres Haggis Weekend is played over the above weekend. 2 games will be played in each section on Saturday and one on Sunday. Following the Saturday games there will be a haggis supper for all participants in the lounge.
Red Section Games are planned to be Saturday at 9.45am and 3.15pm and Sunday at 11.30am
Blue Section Games are planned to be Saturday at 12.30pm and 5.45pm and Sunday at 9.00am
Open to - Any 4 curlers
Entry Fee - £280.00 per team (£70 per person) - Minimum 3 games guaranteed; Haggis Supper and complementary drink; complementary haggis and whisky miniature and Prizes for top 3 teams in High and Low Roads.
Maximum Entry - 20 Teams
Format of Play - Guaranteed 3 Games over the weekend using Schenkel format in 2 sections. Winners and Runners up in each section qualify for High Road semi finals and finals, 3rd and 4th in each section qualify for Low Road semi finals and finals.
Team Ranking - At the conclusion of each game teams are ranked by wins, ends scored, shots up then shots scored
Prizes - Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 teams in the High and Low Roads.
