The Malcolm Trophy Pairs at Greenacres is one of the oldest competitions in the club. Nowadays it acts as a qualification competition with the winner earning a place to represent Greenacres at the Scottish Pairs Championships taking place in Stranraer.
Open to - Any 2 curlers
Entry Fee - £12 per person each game
Maximum Entry - 12 teams
Format of Play - Leagues (TBC depending on entries)
6 end games - 1 substitute allowed
Played on - over 1 or 2 weekends depending on entries
Team Ranking - Teams are ranked on games won, ends scored, shots up and shots scored.
Prizes - Winners will qualify for the Scottish Pairs Championship at Stranraer on 6th - 8th March 2026
Prizes will be presented at the end of season prize giving for teams finishing in 1st, 2nd places.
