Braidholm Curling Club was formed around 1977 by members of the Braidholm Rugby Club. A few of our members still have links to the rugby club but it is now open to all comers.
We generally play 3 league competitions throughout the season with trophies & prizes for the winning teams.
We currently have around 20 full members & a handful of reserves, but we are always on the lookout for prospective new members.
We hold an annual AGM usually in May which includes a lunch & prizegiving.
We also have a curling weekend in Stranraer at the end of January. This is a competition weekend but is also a very enjoyable social event.
